Hello, I am new here and hope to get some advise to be able to complete my restoration.
I am restoring a Morini 500 sport MJ80, just took the engine apart and found some worn items which I would like to replace but could not find any parts source.
Pistons or at least Rings
Valve guides
Right hand main bearing,
Connecting rod bearings
Do nor want to use used parts if possible at all.

Gaskets, seal rings, roller bearings I found in the www.
Can anyone help with a good source or contact ?
Many thx for replies.
Br Ulrich

Well there is a +50km long traffic queue at Dover. Best is to get parts through airmail/DHL.

Hello Ulrich ,

In the past I used conrod shells from Fiat cars but they have to be machined to fit .
I guess you can find all details there " roller bearing conversion site:http://www.morini-riders-club.com/forum ... Big end shells from the original FIAT 500/Multipla fit the 500 big ends ". And the 501 also .

Hope that will help you ,

Christian .
