It's the same ? Can I use 3 1/2 rear shock absorber for 500 Model ?

I think the 3 1/2 shock is shorter... 295mm vs 320 for the 500

Yes, I know for sure: the 500cc shockabsorber is longer!!

After that I swapped them with a friend and got the correct lenght: http://motomoriniclub.nl/projres-01-a.jpg

Really i have a problem with spring ... chromium plating it's not good ... and I had thought to replace with 3 1/2 spring .....

probably won't work... springs for the 500 are somewhat stiffer though they might be the same size..
if your 3 1/2 shocks are in reasonable shape I'm still in for a swap
