Sbarazzino replacement speedo drive

The US models of the Corsaro were called Hurricane, Cyclone or Jaguar.
In the US, Sbarazzino was called Thunder Chief

Hi,

This part came off my Sbarazzino and as you can see it is well and truly beyond saving. I am not sure if this is original to the bike and I am looking for a replacement. What speedo drive do you have fitted to your Sbarazzino or Corsaro and are there spares available to buy?

Many thanks,

Andy

Hoi,

Erg bedankt,

Andy

Try using the ones from HURET (of course for a 17 inch wheel!) the are made new, and you have two options on these for the correct turning direction.

There are also new CEV's made, but always a bit confusing what they do and what their ratio's are.

It's a bit of trail and error.

If you know the answer please put it here, so we can all benefit.

Tom,

Thanks for sending me the link, this may be just what I need. At the moment I have adapted a CEV 337 speed-drive which seems to fit ok. I have not been able to test it as I have yet to buy a new speedometer and cable. I will update you once I have everything sorted.

Just out of interest, do you have a speedo cable fitted to your Sbarazzino, and if so, what length is it?

Regards,
