Re: Morini 350 K1 sport fairing

Hi Tim,

I know it's not shown in the partscatalogue, but I do also have a (rare)addendum. Had a look in there: nothing!

So, sorry I cannot help you.

Anyone else?

Re: Kanguro X2 chain roller and slider

Hello Pauli, sorry, I am not Dieter, but I understand the confusion, because I meant the German workshops: - or Heim, - or Dieter Hoffmann - or Moto Stefano (these three are listed on the link page). Anyway, just downloaded the X2 parts catalogue. Will send it to your e-mail address. You don't have ...

Re: Color Corsarino

Moto Morini used paint from the Italian brand "Lechler". Not cheap, but original!

Taken from the Lechler catalogue:

Re: Kanguro X2 chain roller and slider

Hi Pauli, Gini Mauro from the Italian Moto Morini Club makes/sells the lower roller. I have bought one from him, see this page . Here you see them on the table when I bought one back in 2010. If you create an account on the morinispecial.it page and log-in, you'll see an extra link in the top-menu: ...

Re: Tyres

Is that the Moto Giro of Moto Club Terni? I have heard enthousiast reactions of participants. Good luck ofcourse (you'll need it, especially for the "specials" at the end of the daytrips).

(Have not done it myself, but did join Milano-Taranto in 2007 & 2012, see the website).

Re: Tyres

This set is perfect for the Moto Giro! But do realise the first 100km's the tyres are new and they won't have the grip yet which they develop after those first 100km's.

Good luck! If you join the Moto Giro post a few pictures please.

Re: Tyres

Yes, just perfect! Well done! Such a set I meant. I don't think the brand is too important, as the rubber material will be better anyway than the bike came with in the lates '50s or early '60s. Also the Sbarazzino is a very light bike and you won't race on the circuit with it :D (I hope  ) ...

Re: Tyres

I agree with TinTin and Tom: Heidenau is good/excellent and not expensive. They have the classic pattern K36/1 which is very suited for your bike's rear tyre. Front would be nice to have a so-called "Rille" (German word for the rubber profile lenghtwise), for instance like on this set: https://www.p...

Re: question about crankshaft

Hello Antti, welcome to the Forum! I have no experience with Excaliburs, but as far as I can judge it, it should work, as the crankcase is identical. BUT, you should have a crankcase of the later Sport/Touring models, because earlier models have a large ball-bearing on the crankshaft. Probably "Homb...

Re: Flywheel puller for Kanguro 1985

Hello Pauli, welcome to the Forum! As for your questions/remarks: 1.Just want to make sure - there is a comment "to suit 3½ & 500 Electric start" Is it so (as I believe) that the "Electric start" refers ONLY to 500 and NOT to 3½? Later 3½ models have an electric start, even the Kanguro X3 and Coguar...
